The world's first banana recovery & rehabilitation center
Every banana deserves a second chance. ♥
We rescue the bananas nobody wanted: the spotted, the bruised, the ones shoved to the back of the bowl. Then we bake them into the best banana bread in Southern Highlands. One drop a week, baked to order and picked up Wednesday.
♥ Next drop Wednesday ♥
What we make
We could make forty things badly. We make two things extremely well, and add more only when the nanas say so.

Tiny crispy chocolate chip cookies, roughly the size of a quarter. No banana in them whatsoever, which is exactly the problem. See the full rap sheet.
$5–$18
Nana's Sewing Kit, chocolate-dipped butter cookie fingers. Bingo Bars. Dottie's Desert Darlings. The nanas are working on it. Slowly.

The whole idea
That's the joke. It's also just true. Green bananas make sad, bland bread. The black, spotted, forgotten ones, the ones you'd be embarrassed to serve anybody, are the ones with all the sugar and all the flavor.
So we buy the ugly ones. We give them a second act. And we let a small committee of opinionated banana grandmothers take the credit.
